To start a return the easiest and quickest way is to use 'live chat'. We also do our best to response immediately to customer requests. On the rare occasion we are unable to do this, please allow up12 hours for us to response.
If you prefer to email, just go to the link 'Contact Customer Services' at the bottom of our home page and send us a message. Once you receive confirmation from us, we will issue you a free return shipping label.
Please ensure you contact us to obtain your free returns label before returning, as we need to be aware of your return prior to receive it. Failure to do this may affect your return.

Damages and issues
Please check your order over upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your return as long as it is in the same condition you received it in, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
We always process refunds as quickly as possible usually within 2-5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
